Member Protection Policy
The Member Protection Policy is designed to protect eh welfare, wellbeing and health of everyone involved in the sport. Competition Manipulation and Sport Gambling Policy

Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy
The Complaints, Disputes and Discipline Policy (CDDP) provides the sport and its participants with a best practice management process that can be run by either Sport Integrity Australia or TRA. Check out the Fact Sheet, Video and Other Resources.
Integrity eLearning
Sport Integrity Australia eLearning offers several online courses relating to sport integrity, including doping, match-fixing, illicit drugs, and ethical decision-making courses. Specific anti-doping courses are also available for coaches, support persons, medical practitioners and parents.
TRA Education Plan
Education is key to protecting the integrity of Australian sport. Sport Integrity Australia (SIA) and Target Rifle Australia are committed to working together to mitigate and manage integrity threats to provide a safe and fair environment for participants at all levels of sport.
This Education Plan has been developed in partnership with SIA, who will support this plan through the provision of education resources and interventions as and where possible. It outlines the required and recommended education courses for all members of Target Rifle Australia to facilitate compliance with the National Integrity Framework policies, and Shooting Australia Anti-Doping Policy.
The Education Plan documents the key online education course requirements that you should complete in your role in the sport. Education requirements need to be completed for both paid employees and volunteers in both the coaching and technical space.
Sport Integrity Australia online education courses can be found through the online education portal. Once you have completed a course, you can download your certificate of completion and forward this to the TRA administration officer so your ‘Required’ education can be ticked off.
Play By The Rules
Play By The Rules provides information, resources, tools and free online training to administrators, coaches, officials, players, parents and spectators to assist them in preventing and dealing with discrimination, harassment, child safety, inclusion and integrity issues in sport.
eSafety Comissionser – eSafety Sport Hub
Online abuse can significantly impact sport members and organisation. The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s national independent regulator and educator for online safety. eSafety provides guidance on online issues including cyberbullying, adult cyber abuse, image-based abuse and illegal or restricted content. eSafety can help to get harmful online content removed if it meets the legal threshold for investigation.
The eSafety Sport hub provides resources to help the sports community including information on how to recognise online abuse and deal with online abuse in sport, as well as tailored advice for sport administrators, coaches and officials, and athletes and competitors.
