
Mr David Wright – President
David has represented Australia in the sport competing at the highest levels internationally competing at the ISSF World Championships and Commonwealth Shooting Federation Championships. Mr Wright is a retired police officer formerly attached to the police academy on instructional duties. He has 29 years in education and training as an operational safety instructor and has been active in writing training policy, instructional guidelines, instructor manuals and student study guides.

Mrs Susan Lott
Susan has represented Australia in the sport competing at the highest levels internationally as a three-time Olympian and three-time Commonwealth Games representative. Mrs Lott possesses a Bachelor of Accounting degree and holds a position as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager with Goulburn Valley Health.

Mrs Robyn Ridley
Robyn has represented Australia in the sport competing at the highest levels internationally as a dual Olympian and three-time Commonwealth Games representative. She also has extensive administrative experience as a Director of AISL / Shooting Australia from 2012 – 2013 as an athlete representative to the Board, Chairperson of the AISL / Shooting Australia Athletes Committee 2012 – 2018, Member of AISL / Shooting Australia High Performance Committee 2012 – 2018. Mrs Ridley also possesses a Bachelor of Business in Financial Management and has owned and run her own business since 2012.

Mr Neil Davis
Neil has been involved in smallbore shooting over 40 years since being introduced to the sport at high school in New Zealand. Neil has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Information Technology and has a held variety of roles in large financial institutions. He is currently a Credit Risk Technology Consultant at ANZ Bank.
Mr Phil Martin
Phil began shooting in the early 1990’s, Since then he has competed at every level of the sport, representing Great Britain and England, He began officiating in 1997, initially serving as club secretary for his local club and as a member of the Buckinghamshire County Small-bore Executive Committee. He held these roles until 2018, when he relocated to Australia. From 2012 to 2018, Phil worked as the Competition and Events Manager for the National Small-bore Rifle Association (NSRA) of Great Britain. During this time, he served as Match Director for more than 35 National Championships. Since moving to Australia, Phil has continued his involvement in the sport, becoming a Club president, a Competition level coach, a ISSF “B” licensed judge and a WSPS judge.

Mrs Sarah Hoglin
Sarah has spent the majority of her working career within the not-for-profit State sporting sector. She was employed for the last 10 years with the WA State body for full bore target rifle shooting. Sarah has many years’ experience as a sports administrator, Executive Officer and MYOB book keeper within the not for profit sector.
