Shooting Australia is calling for nominations for Elected Director Positions on the Shooting Australia Board of Directors who will be elected at the Shooting Australia AGM on 21st November 2022.At this meeting, Shooting Australia Member organisations will vote on two (2) Member Elected Director positions. Nominations must be received by the Shooting Australia Company Secretary no later than close of business Friday 14 October 2022.PLEASE NOTE: AS ALL NOMINEES MUST BE ENDORSED BY A SHOOTING AUSTRALIA MEMBER ORGANISATION, (I.E., TRA LTD) TRA LTD REQUESTS ANY NOMINEES TO FORWARD THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION TO THE TRA EXECUTIVE OFFICER, NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY 12TH OCTOBER 2022. As per the notice, nominees are asked to compile the following documents: • Shooting Australia Director Nomination Form;• A two-page CV and one-page summary addressing the Shooting Australia Director Nominee Skills Matrix outlining their suitability for the role.Any person interested in nominating for a Shooting Australia Elected Director position should contact the TRA Executive Officer via email ([email protected]) to obtain a copy of this documentation. The TRA Ltd Board of Directors will review all nominations received and will finalise a decision on any nominees to be put forward by TRA Ltd. via circular resolution before the nominated deadline of 14th October 2022.
