WRABF 2023 World Championships Pilsen RFHV

The final competition of the WRABF 2023 World Championships Pilsen was the Rimfire Heavy Varmint event.

After a successful day prior in the light varmint the Australian team closed out a great competition with yet more excellent performances.

The individual competition saw Paul Sullivan (AUS B) as the best Australian placing 19th with 748.40, David Jenkins (AUS B) also made the front page placing 29th with 746.51

In the team competition it was Australia B which lead the way for the Aussie’s finishing in 7th place (Paul Sullivan, David Jenkins, Stefan Smith. Australia A placed 18th (Glenn Seaman, Stuart Neale, Darren Morgan).

Our juniors topped the scoreboard placing first and second yet again bringing home more medals back to Australia!
Cameron Frost shot 741.44 placing first and Kai Matczak shot 741.39 placing second and only being separated by centres.

This was the final competition in the championship. We would like to congratulate the Australian team on the great success they had and to have a safe journey home. Good luck in all of your upcoming competitions back on home soil.
