On the 16th November 2022, the TRA Ltd Executive Officer, Mr. Richard Toye advised the TRA Board of Directors of his intention to retire from the role no later than the 30th June 2023.
In accordance with clause 5.2 of the Service Agreement – Executive Officer, Mr. Toye has opted to give the Board of Directors at least six months’ notice to source a new Executive Officer and assist with the transition if required.
The TRA Ltd Board of Directors will now determine an appropriate process to source and recruit a new Executive Officer within timeframe outlined above.
The Target Rifle Australia Ltd. Board of Directors wishes Mr. Toye all the best for the future as he transitions into retirement and thanks him for his service and efforts to try to improve and develop the sport during his tenure as Executive Officer.
